KRAV MAGA teaches to deal with attacks from all conceivable directions and situations – even by several attackers. It includes both the defense of unarmed attacks (e.g., punching, kicks, strangleholds, clasping or holding techniques) as well as armed attacks (e.g., knives, firearms, sticks, stones, or all sorts of objects). The defense is practiced under all possible circumstances and in various situations (for example, in the dark or rain, sitting or lying down) in order to be as realistic as possible.
For the introductory course and the first few training sessions you should bring a gym trouser, T-shirt and comfortable sports shoes. For regular training Krav Maga T-shirt as well as trousers are compulsory.
